The Bengston Method weekly practice groups are open to anyone who has worked their way through William Bengston's audio course or taken a workshop. They are intended as a way to regularly practice your rapid image cycling within a supportive group setting, and a space to ask more experienced practitioners (there is almost always an accredited teacher in the group) questions.

Times

Monday 12.30pm in New Zealand / Sunday 4.30pm PST & 7.30pm EST
Saturday 2pm in New Zealand / Friday 6pm PST & 9pm EST

What to Expect

Generally we spend the first half an hour chatting through Bengston Q&A and in conversation. We then move into a quick round of who would like support with what this week (in terms of healing intention while we rapid image cycle) after which we silently cycle together for ten minutes. Any remaining time is spent with any other questions which might have come up and general chat. (Note: we stick to time and the session is strictly an hour.)

How to Join

If you're interested in joining either or both of the practice groups (note: there is no obligation to show up every week, we're very informal!) please email Tink.

"I have looked at the brains of image cyclers using EEGs and fMRIs, and something different is going on — we have found unique harmonic frequencies in the brains of practicing cyclers. In addition, simultaneously running tests on both healer and healee demonstrate that something akin to brain phase locking between the two occurs."
